For a clean logo check the Transparent box
And also here is another tip for you when you use the Transparent function and you need a ..lets say B(blue) logo fill the color on the B set to 255 and on the bakground fill on B (blue) with the same vallue do the same thing when you use another color and when you want a simple clean logo
